My toddler is obsessed with Vietnamese Sticky Rice (Xôi) and I don't blame her. It's pretty addictive and you can make it savory or sweet!
Over the years I've avoided making it at home and only bought it or forced my mom and grandma to make it for me. The reason is because I don't want to deal with pulling out the steamer and prepping it. But my lazy pants found that make it in a rice cooker yields just as good of results and it's easy!
So here are two of my favorite sweet and savory recipes for Vietnamese Sticky Rice. Hope you love it as much as my toddler does.
