Cooking Tips
How to make Chia Pudding
I like adding chia pudding to my smoothie bowls because I love a variety of textures. Plus chia pudding is easy to make and delicious!
For every Tbsp of chia seeds, add ¼ cup of milk of your choice (dairy milk, almond, coconut, soy). 1 Tbsp makes 1 serving.
Sweeten it up with sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, date syrup). I typically add 1 tsp for every serving but it depends on how sweet your preference is. I like a slight sweet flavor because I draw the sweetness from the smoothie!
Let it soak for at least 2.5 hours or overnight.
Storage. Make a batch ahead of time for the week! Chia pudding can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
