This refreshing mocktail will help cure the winter blues.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on Dole's Pinkglow™ Pineapple that was trending a few months back. I found mine at the 99 Ranch Market for $12 USD and it was worth every penny. The flesh is very much a beautiful pink color, it's less acidic and deliciously sweet.
So I thought I'd use part of this beauty to make myself a beautiful mocktail and pretend I'm sipping it by the beach. This mocktail is a combo of two of my favorite things. Dole Whip and Milkis.
1 Serving, Approx. 10 mins
What You'll Need
1 Cup Pineapple, frozen and cubed
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk
4.25 fl oz Peach Milkis (half a can)
All You'll You Need To Do
Blend the frozen pineapple and milk together until it forms a nice whipped consistency.
Spoon it into a glass.
Pour the milky onto the whip.
Garnish with fruits.
Enjoy!
