Popped water lily seeds are a great way to snack healthy but if you're like me, the thought of healthy makes you cringe. But I honestly love the Bohana Popped Water Lily Seed snacks and they come in 3 different flavors (spicy, Himalayan pink salt and white cheddar).
These popped water lily seeds have the texture of rice cakes but in my opinion with better flavor. It's corn free, gluten free, grain free, non-GMO and vegan. Making these snacks a great guilt free snack.
I decided to dress up my snacks 3 different ways to try something different and it's so easy and makes for a fun snacking experience! My flavors include; strawberry Nutella, peanut energy and smores. This is how I put my mix together but honestly have fun with it and add what you have available in your pantry!
